of the company. With the first kind of boss, you can easily see the loss of
goodwill and enthusiasm around you. Becoming a leader is not easy. Once you
will be VJIM, all the theories you will study
about Management and what the great leaders talked about you, it will make you
realise that manager is not the one who orders. He is the one who gets things
done from you at the same time making you feel that you wanted to do it.
